Join the Hamilton Council on Aging, Everyone Rides, and the City of Hamilton for a FREE Bike Workshop in honour of Seniors Month!

This event will take place at our Adaptive Bike Hub in Gage Park, located near the southwest corner of the parking lot by the tennis courts. Look for a shipping container with a beautifully painted mural!

The workshop includes:
*A short talk on bike safety & helpful cycling hints
*Try riding a 3-wheeled adults trike, handcycle trike, cargo trike, bike share bikes & pedal assist bike on a car-free trail at Gage Park
